Access your dashboard using your email and password to manage your shipments.
Click the Pre-Alert option to notify us of an incoming package before it arrives.
Provide basic order details so we can identify your package when it reaches our warehouse.
Copy your personal U.S. warehouse address (with your unique ID) and use it as the shipping address when shopping online.
Once we receive your package, it will be linked to your account and an invoice will appear in your dashboard for payment.
When checking out on any U.S. store, enter the personal U.S. warehouse address shown in your dashboard
Once the store delivers, our warehouse team logs the package into the system under your account.
Fill in your shipment details and be sure to make use of the Cost Calculator to know the shipping price for the item(s).
Choose your shipping option, confirm the cost, and complete payment online.
We ship your package to your destination address and provide a tracking number until delivery.

Invoices will be sent to your email address.
Items will be delivered right to your home or workplace. Collection can be done if preferred.
Shipping hours are Monday - Friday | 9am-5pm
All shippers are required to pay $15 per lb.; Above 15 lb.; you are to pay $10.
Please use valid name and number.
Shipments take approximately 2 weeks to arrive after each deadline date.
Items will be weighed upon arrival for accuracy.
Storage fees will be added after 5 business days of arrival.
If you are requesting separate invoices, you are required to pay an additional $10 fee.
