1. Account Registration and Security

By creating an account with Ship’d, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and restricting access to your account. You are fully accountable for all activities that occur under your account. Ship’d does not provide services to minors. Accounts created by or for individuals under the age of 18 may be suspended or permanently deactivated.
Identity Verification
All users must verify their identity during registration. This may include submitting personal identification such as a government-issued ID or other documents. This is a security measure to ensure only authorized individuals access our services.
2. Shipping & Handling Policies
Florida Processing
Each tracking number corresponds to a single shipment, even if it includes multiple items. Each item may be billed separately based on our pricing structure. We reserve the right to reject shipments that are:

Damaged upon arrival

In violation of applicable laws
We do not offer package consolidation. We strictly prohibit the transport of:

Drugs

Prohibited or restricted items under U.S. or destination country laws
Violations will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Merchandise Exclusions
Ship’d International is not liable for shipments containing:

Stamps, coins, jewelry, gems, precious metals

Credit/debit/gift cards, checks,

Firearms or their parts

Tickets, travel vouchers

Perfumes, antiques, manuscripts, neon signs

Ship or airplane models, architectural models
We do not accept claims for items confiscated, opened, or destroyed by customs in the U.S. or destination country.
3. Invoicing & Documentation
Valid Invoice Requirement
A valid supplier invoice must be submitted before or during shipment. We may refuse or hold any package until a valid invoice is submitted.
4. Claims & Package Update Requests
Unknown Packages & Consignee Changes
Customers requesting to:

…must verify their identity with a valid government-issued ID. Our staff will document and sign off on the request.
Note: These requests will undergo full inspection. Restricted or illegal items will be turned over to authorities.
5. Storage & Delivery
Storage Fees
We charge $5 per day for packages left in our warehouse over 7 days after invoicing. After 90 days of non-payment, Ship’d may dispose of the package.

7. Payments & Returns
Payment Policy

No payment plans, partial payments, or installments

All charges include a $10 flat fee for handling

No itemized breakdowns for orders or shipments

Shipments on behalf of others must use the recipient’s name

All items shipped to our Florida warehouse are considered final and cannot be returned to the supplier.
