Welcome to Ship’d International. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or any Ship’d service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Definitions

  • “Ship’d,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Ship’d International.
  • “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual accessing our services.

3. Eligibility

Our services are only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using our platform.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities that occur under your account. Ship’d is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

5. Verification Requirements

To use our services, users must complete identity verification, which may include submitting a valid ID and proof of address. We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts that fail to meet verification requirements.

6. Shipping & Processing

  • Each tracking number issued represents one shipment, even if it contains multiple items.
  • Ship’d does not offer package consolidation.
  • We do not accept or ship cash, drugs, or restricted items under U.S. or destination country laws.
  • Any suspicious or illegal items will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not assume liability for items including but not limited to:

  • Jewelry, stamps, coins, credit/debit cards, firearms, perishables, antiques, and manuscripts.
  • Items seized or destroyed by customs are not eligible for claims or compensation.

8. Invoicing

All shipments must be accompanied by a valid invoice provided by the customer. Ship’d reserves the right to hold or reject any package without a valid invoice.

9. Storage & Disposal

  • A storage fee of $5/day applies after 7 days from the invoice date.
  • Items left unpaid or unclaimed after 90 days may be discarded at our discretion.

10. Customs and Duties

We handle customs clearance, duties, and associated fees on behalf of our customers. However, we are not responsible for any delays or confiscations by customs.

11. Payments

  • All services must be paid for in full at the time of order.
  • We do not offer installments, split payments, or returns.
  • A flat handling fee of $10 is applied to each shipment.

12. Returns & Refunds

All shipments made to our Florida location are final and non-returnable. We do not facilitate returns to suppliers.

13. Delivery

  • Delivery is available only. No in-person pickup is offered.
  • The first week of delivery is free; fees apply thereafter.

14. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected and used.

15. Limitation of Liability

Ship’d is not liable for loss, damage, or delay resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including customs actions, incorrect user information, or third-party carrier errors.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
